Sujit Kotian

Heads the Tax practice and is qualified as Cost Accountant and a Law Graduate with an experience of nearly two decades. He has the experience of working in Bajaj Auto Ltd, PwC, RSM and Deloitte.

He advises Multi-national and Indian Corporates on tax centric business issues. He has successfully represented Corporates in resolving tax disputes of substantial value. His expertise lies in advising Corporates across all Tax legislations leading to multi-dimensional solutions. He was a member of the Indirect Tax Committee of Indian Merchant Chambers. He is also a speaker at various forums and presented papers on a host of Tax issues.
